Beware...Poor customer service and no follow up with issues.  I bought a massage chair from Barbara at the Sanford location.  The chair was delivered by their company and they gouged up several of my wood stairs and it was notated on the paperwork.  I emailed and spoke to Barbara several times over 4 weeks and her only response is to have her manager call me, which has yet to happen.  It does not take 4 weeks for a phone call.  The chair is great but I’m very disappointed for this terrible service after spending 7k on product.

We have had the bed for over a year and it has been great for our backs. We also added a Chili-pad a year ago and it is great for having a cool nights sleep in summer and a warm sleep in winter or even a combo if you like to sleep cool and wake warm is the reverse. Also the warranty is great and no questions asked and they will help trouble shoot and provide what is needed. Bust customer service anywhere.

Be very careful with this company! Their offer when they advertise / mention "Comfortaire 100 Night Comfort Promise" is a load. 
Let me explain: 
1. The "Comfortaire 100 Night Comfort Promise" is solely for mattress only. This "Promise" IS NOT FOR ANY ADJUSTABLE BASE OR ANY BASE! My biggest problem is the adjustable base...so shame on me for THE FINE PRINT!
2. Directly from the "Trial" period disclaimer. "YOU MUST MAKE YOUR OWN ARRANGEMENTS AND PAY FOR PACKING, REMOVAL AND RETURN FREIGHT OF YOUR MATTRESS TO THE COMFORTAIRE FACTORY IN GREENVILLE, SC. YOUR MATTRESS MUST BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE COMFORTAIRE FACTORY NOT RELAX IN COMFORT. 
Has anyone priced a mattress to be delivered to Greeville, S.C.???
3. Keep in mind after jumping through these hoops, packaging, pick-up, delivery to Greenville, S.C. on your dime, if the refund any money, after 10% re-stocking fee, etc. any refund would then only apply from the NET PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE MATTRESS.
4. REMEMBER, THIS "PROMISE" IS NOT FOR THE COMPLETE BED...ONLY PARTIAL. (????)
Our personal problem (besides the "Comfortaire 100 Night Comfort Promise") is that when you fall asleep, after reading, watching T.V., etc. is that if the bed is in any upright position or similar beyond our normal sleeping pattern, we find that during sleep, we turn, roll, etc. to accommodate for the beds positioning. This is the problem. In order to re-position for sleeping, you must than wake-up, go through the motions of re-positioning the bed, than try to fall back asleep! Tremendously annoying!!! 
My advice for readers is that, if you feel this could be a problem for you too, than save thousands, buy a back pillow that keeps you upright while reading, etc.

Thank goodness we finally purchased our adjustable power bed. And we are very happy we did! We enjoy our bed very much. By the way, we didn't buy one but the massage chairs are TO DIE FOR! While doing paperwork, I had a massage!  :)

I have only had the bed for a few days but have been sleeping better since the first day. The only complaint on the bed so far is that it seem to hold heat more then my previous bed and I have been sleeping warmer. We have to see how this works out in the summer.
