BUYERS PLEASE BEAWARE: 

Worst customer service and worst sales agent. 
Me and my friend went to mattressone in sanford location and bought a queen memoryfoam mattress and we are promised to get them delivered along with pillows that were on display. They delivered mattress and pillows weren’t. When we called customer representatives, they said, they don’t deliver pillows. We asked for a refund of those pillows and they never did. 
At last we went to store to collect them, and we were handed over different pillows which were poor in quality. When i started asking for the pillows the sales agent promised for, he said that i am harrassing him and asked me to leave the store before he call the cops. 

WORST customer care and worst sales experience. They speak to you softly and they promise everything until they grab your money. After that, you’ll stuck with them forever. They never refund your amount and they never deliver what they promised. 

AGAIN .. BEWARE BUYERS

Dominic was great, very patient with me and my fiancee during our 2 visits to the store, very informative and helpful even when I changed my order 2 times after purchase pre-delivery. Nice mattresses here. Can't wait to get it.

Warning: Horrible Customer Service 
I will Never go again at Mattress one locations.Their motto is sell and trap. We bought two queen bed sets and they delivered two different colors base with them. When mentioned the driver , he got mad and said that's what they sent. Ok we called the store manager for Return, bcoz we also didn't like the mattress . He said sorry we can't RETURN. Mattress one doesn't Return. So I am stuck with those beds with two different color base and mattress like hard rock.

We purchased a new bed from the Sanford Mattress One store.  We waited all day for delivery - their "window" is from 11 - 6 pm.  A 7  hour window.  We were later told, when you purchase a bed, they don't put your name on it and put it aside for delivery.  They take a couple at a time during the day and remove them from inventory at that time.  At 3 pm our mattress was "in stock."  At 6 pm, it was not.  No bed.  Big empty space in the bedroom. The usual next delivery date would be in FIVE MORE DAYS.  Not acceptable to us, so it was scheduled in two days. Then the delivery men came with our  mattress and box springs - but no frame. They didn't show up again the next day with the frame.  (that's no-show 2 out of 3 times). We ended up going to the store, picking put the frame, and setting the bed up ourselves.  Nice people, but we will not be shopping there again. They need to get their business practices and delivery under control.

My mom went into the Rinehart store in Sanford. She bought the bed on a Sunday and had it set to deliver on Friday. There was someone at the house all day waiting since they said they won't give her a time to pick up. I had the next door neighbor with a key waiting when I had to leave. The guys called my mom and she told them she will be there in a few minutes, and the neighbor came out with the key to let them get in. And they wouldn't wait. So they put the mattress set on her front lawn and left it for her to get in the house. That is the most crappiest customer service. We will never shop there again.
