The experience of the personnel at this store was good. DO NOT use the snap finance. Nobody notifies you when the 100 days are up. I missed it by one day and now have to pay an additional 800.00 for the mattress. The staff should make that very clear, poor on their part. For the record, the mattress was 1100.00

I'm sorry to hear Michael that you had trouble with the financing at one of neighboring compeditors but we do not have Snap financing at Mattress Firm. However we do have financing with Progressive and it is a 90 day program with no interest. Please consider purchasing with us the next time so we can show you our excellent customer service.

Easy to find, talked with Dave, very nice and knew his product very help full and easy to talk to. We like to shop and checked out some other stores not such a good time.Went back to Mattress Barn Sanford, Jackie was there also easy to talk with answered a few more questions, was delighted to find out we could have our new bed next day. Delivery was on time the men were clean and did their job quickly. Was impressed all the way around with the service. I would highly recommend this store and staff

Going to Mattress Barn in Sanford this holiday weekend was a very pleasant and informative experience. I was greeted by Dave who made me feel welcome and was extremely helpful. After we discussed my needs in a mattress, he showed me several choices. He discussed at length the benefits of each which led me to my final choice.I felt a very comfortable rapport with Dave as we discussed both product and family. I would not hesitate to recommend Mattress Barn and the comfortable sales experience I had with Dave.

What an awesome experience. My husband and I have had the best customer service, from Kate at this location and Chelsea at the Gainesville (archer rd), Fl location. These ladies even though they weren't in the same district, truly cared about us as the customer. Excellence above and beyond, whatever it takes to make the customer happy, they worked together to find us what we wanted and were awesome. 
We always take the time to chastise companies or people for how bad their service was, not often do we  take the time to thank people for the great service.
Thank you for wonderful service.
