This is by far, the most enjoyable bike shop to walk into in Omaha. The owner and his staff are polite, top notch and quick at service. Their work is impeccable. I walked in with a nut for my seat post and the guy knew what kind of post I had and also had the bolt that I was missing. If there's a wizard of biking, it's the owner of this shop. I love these guys. I wouldn't get my bike serviced anywhere else. I've been popping in for the last year to get various maintenance on my MTB and have never been disappointed.

Bike Masters is awesome. Its challenging to find a bike shop that doesn't make you feel intimidated when you first walk into it. Bike Masters and their excellent employees spent a lot of time with me as I looked at their great selection of bikes and gear. They answered my many questions and never seemed rushed to simply make a sale. I believe they run off commission that is based on bike sales rather than the actual cost of the bike; thus I did not feel any pressure to buy a more expensive bike. I narrowed my selection down to two bikes and they had me take them out for some long test rides (they put my pedals on so I could clip in). They have no problem adjusting mild things like the color of the saddle or handlebars when you buy a bike - they want you to be happy. They will fit and adjust the bike to you once you have purchased it and cover a 100 mile tune up which was very nice. Their tune up fees are very reasonable (especially compared to other Omaha bike shops) and I very much trust the work they do. This is the one and only bike shop in Omaha I recommend.

Went in with a bent rim on my daughters bike. They found me a rim and put the tire and inner tube on it and installed on bike. Great service with everything you need to get your bike back in working order. Highly recommended!!!
