Came here to buy a road bike and although I returned it in the end and bought another one, the staff and owner here are AMAZING and so friendly! I love this store, the staff here have gone above and beyond in helping me set up with all my bike needs and I have been coming here for everything since. Definitely recommend you give it a try, their prices are very reasonable too.

I've brought my bike here for the past two years and always have great experiences! Very friendly. Supporting local shops is the way to go.

They were open the day before some holiday when Sugar Cycles wasn't open, so i was able to get the new tire and tubes that i needed. They arent a Specialized dealer I guess, so they didn't have the Specialized tubes I'm used to getting - and they were like $4 more! So, that part was lame. Seemed they were technically knowledgeable though and were friendly and helpful. Made suggestions / gave info that SC never told me about... i didn't know there was such a thing as tubeless tires for bikes! (I only knew about wheelbarrows...) I guess Sugar Cycles likes selling me lots of tubes (Not nice! I have a flat tire problem, you see). Anyway, glad to find a second option somewhat near me.

I love the owner! They're so considerate here! They even waited five or ten minutes after hours for me to get there for a few tools I needed. It might not sound like a big deal, but when biking is all you're able to do on the weekends to get some exercise with your two year old, it means everything. I will be having all my biking needs performed here!

My boyfriend and I went for a simple tire check for his dad's bike. Michael was super helpful and very pleasant. I'm a new rider and my boyfriend (an avid rider) and I will definitely be going back there to do more business.
