Asked for a couple of "fragile" and "heavy" stickers to ship a box via FedEx. Got "no" and "no". Can I buy them? "no". A couple of stickers that come in rolls of 100s and cost $4-$5 to a consumer, and probably a $1 to FedEx. A cent or less per sticker, and "no" to a customer... What's worse, out of place greed or stupidity?

DON'T USE YOUR CARD AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I was charged 40 minutes after I left the building and I didn't purchase anything. I tried to use the self kiosk and the machine said the server was down. I went to get the ONE attendant in the whole store, he was in the back. When he finally emerged I asked for help and he told me to try it again and if the server isn't up he would try it in the back. I tried it again and the machine said the same thing. Instead of helping me he started helping other people that were not in line at the time he was helping me. I told him I didn't have time to wait and I left. I look at my account and I was charged for something long after I left the building. I went back to the store there were about 10 people waiting to be helped and only ONE attendant in the whole store! I called customer service and they told me that the charge was pending and will fall off in a few days. It didn't. I called again and got the run around. They then told me they would have to call the store for them to replace the money. I ended up having to cancel my card in order to get my money back because this company is so shady. Don't make the same mistake I made. Go to another company!

Very rude customer service do not try to come to this office it would be a waste of time they are very busy in front of computer they do not care about customers.
