Once a year we spend a week in Pigeon Forge.
Always bring the bikes for the mountains. First ride broke a spoke in my wheel. Found one bladed spoke for my Enve wheel in Knoxville. Gentleman installed it but didn't have  the correct tool to tighten it. He couldn't have been nicer, then sent me to Bike Zoo to have it adjusted, said he knew the guys they would help. Went to Bike Zoo, they acted as if I was an old customer, adjusted the spoke, installed the tube and tire, all in maybe 5 minutes. When people treat a perfect stranger
to that level of service it makes a huge statement about the business. I have been biking for years, you can tell a bike shop when you find one. This is a bike shop with employees that have a passion for biking. If your in Knoxville and need a bike or repairs, look no further, Bike Zoo should be your shop.
