I just bought a used bike and brought it to FCP to have it given a good look-over. He found several things that needed to be done that I didn't notice until he pointed them out. The service work was done on time and at a very reasonable price. Very satisfied and will be returning there for any work I need done.

I bought 3 bikes from Luke at FC Pedaler (so far) and I like him and his shop. He is always friendly and helpful and knows a lot about bikes, and about mountain biking. I have had bikes serviced at shops out west, but nobody has done as good on tune-ups as Luke. It's great to have such a top-notch bike mechanic so near me. Highly recommended!

Luke will take care of you and give solid advice. No aggressive salesmanship, just friendly service to keep you shredding the local trails (or roads, or greenways).

Fountain City Pedaler is my favorite of all the bike shops in Knoxville. They have an easily accessible location and convenient operating hours. The store is not as large as other shops in the area but don't let that be your measure of quality. Typically, what I need is in stock and if it isn't they act quickly to get it in. What really sets FCP apart is their service; it's exceptional. They do amazing work for an extremely reasonable price. Service and/or products have never been pushed on me and they always work within my budget. I've come in the shop expecting to pay over $100 only to have them discover it was a simple quick fix. I highly recommend Fountain City Pedaler.

The shop and owners are great. Luke seems to enjoy everything about what he does and knows a tremendous amount about bikes. Will be ordering my first road bike from them on the 20th, and have zero doubts about my decision and their recommendation. Great place, great bikes, great people.
