I was travelling through from out of town, and needed some advice on some slop I felt in my crank. He went out of his way to help me right then and there. He gave the bike a quick inspection, and did a few quick adjustments.  I was able to buy some pads and tubes from him which I felt were at a resonable price. He spent a lot of time talking to me and giving extra advice without trying to sell anything.  Down to earth shop.

Chris got me set up, and really went the extra mile today.  He obviously knows his stuff.  I like the shop because I could easily outfit my bike with all the goodies he has on the shelf, and the prices are right too.  I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone his way.  Five stars!

Chris did a tune up on my old Stumpjumper... and I bought a few things...great service fair prices.  I went back and bought a Jamis Komodo. Will recommend Biketopia to anyone wanting to buy a bike or have their bike serviced. Chris is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Brought my bike in short notice for repairs. Chris took excellent care of my bike, very knowledgable. Had my bike repaired in a couple of hours in plenty of time for a race. Worked flawlessly! Hats off to biketopia!
