I love visiting TVB because everyone who works here is always extremely helpful. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable about all the products, and they're happy to answer any questions. Additionally, because all the employees are active in the local cycling community, they're also able to make suggestions for products specific to the area (e.g., what types of tires for local MTB trails) and suggestions on places to ride. They are also well equipped to service all types of bikes, and I would gladly trust them to service any of my bikes.

In town for a race. I needed a part and a repair fast. They went out of their way to get me fixed and on my way. Prices are good and service is excellent.

I bought my first new bike here (Transition BLT). I couldn't be happier with the service and staff. There have been a couple hiccups but they are always straight forward and make it right. I have bought a fair amount of parts and they are quick to deliver and reasonably priced. Best bike shop in Knoxville! 
UPDATE: Over a year later and I will not go anywhere else. They are great and will do what they say. They are very involved in the bicycling community around Knoxville. They have grown into a slightly larger shop and are getting much more bmx stuff in stock.

Dan was great, he fixed my front derailed.  For the marathon race tomorrow.   It broke last night, I drove down from Michigan.   Using a Handcycle, I am a para.

My bike shop of choice in Knoxville based on the super friendly and technical ability of the staff. Always have, or can get what I need quickly. Really helpful as well with maintenance/repair questions. You should definitely check them out.
