Bought a used bike on Craig’s List and needed a bent chain replaced. I didn’t want to tackle it myself. I have never done any business with a "bike shop". Maybe it's me, but I always felt a little "out-classed" in most of them. I felt comfortable at Greenlee's and I wasn't looked down upon for my "big box store" bike. They did the repair in 24 hours, tuned her up and she runs better than ever. Oh, and at a good price. They’re just old school, good business. I'll be back.

Their a great place to buy and repair your bicycle. They have all kinds of bikes for sale from the classic bicycle to the modern day bikes. I would recommend Greenlee's Bicycle Shoppe to anyone that needs a bicycle and/or one repaired, because their the best of the best at a reasonable price.

I tried to do business with Greenlee.  Long time established business in Knoxville close to where I work.    I simply called to ask a few questions about bringing in an older bike for repairs.  They made it clear they didn't want to do business with me.  Condescending and dismissive attitude with every question.  I can't comment on the quality of their work, never got that far.  There are plenty of other places in town happy to have my business.
