I am dealing with Solano Avenue Cyclery. I just wanted to express my thanks to them for assisting me in placing a bike in the hands of a needy person. Nice to do at Christmas time. However, I also need to say that they need to accept phone calls. I had to get the person to travel a great distance to finalize the deal and I couldn't reach them by phone to confirm this meeting. Otherwise they are good people.

Amazing costumer service. I've had a bike fixed and have bought a bike here. The quality has been amazing for a good price.

This bike shop is great. I took my bike in and they stopped what they were doing to look at my bike, veru patiently explain in detail what the problem with it may be with no sense of rush in the world. I was clearly ready to spend a lot more if necessary but they recommend only what I needed to get it back on the road. This is definitely a bike shop of integrity. I highly recommend them.

I always feel welcomed here, even when I don't know all the jargon/mechanics that goes into fixing my bike.
