Extremely satisfied with my experiences here. I purchased a mountain bike for myself a couple of years ago and the staff was courteous and very helpful. More recently I purchased two more bikes for my wife and son. Again, the staff was friendly and very helpful. No pressure and no attitudes. Very attentive. They even offered to install a new bike rack on my vehicle for me. This was much appreciated and a big time saver. Since my wife and son were not there when I purchased their bikes, I took a chance on frame sizes and bought too small a frame for my growing teenager. I came back the next day and was relieved to learn that an exchange for a larger frame was not a problem. They quickly prepared the replacement bike and had me on my way - all during my lunch break. They even pointed out that the seat post may be too long and cut it down for me. Again, without me asking. Whether you are shopping near entry level/recreational (like me) or high end, you really should give these guys a chance. And they have a great selection of bikes from one end of the price spectrum to the other from a variety of top quality manufacturers. Even when you don't need a pro level bike, you will get something far better than the big box stores are selling. More importantly you will benefit from a staff and a history behind them that will ensure you are supported in your cycling endeavors for years to come. CK Cycles is the way a local bike shop should be.

Extremely mad about my experience, i have gotten my bike fixed there before a bunch of times, and i think it is way too expensive the prices they ask for, and the labor takes too long. I paid $15 extra for next day fix and they took 4 days to complete putting spokes on a 20' rim

I've been going to CK Cycles off and on for over 10 years for bike service. I've tried other bike shops in the area as well, but I still trust CK the most. I had an issue with a recent tune-up and sent an email yesterday to the shop expressing my concerns. As a business owner, I'm hyper-aware of how important feedback is--but reviews that are negative rarely serve anyone. It's always best to try and work it out first and of course let the business owner and/or manager know what happened. I received a prompt reply from the owner, Jeff and he said I was his first priority and he'd be there today, Saturday. When I arrived he was friendly and welcoming. He took me through everything on the bike that was done and answered all my questions. He even helped me with tires and grips to make the ride better. These guys will always go above and beyond. If you're not happy with something just mention it and they'll make it right. Instead of writing a negative review of my experience I talked to the owner and got it straightened out. Now I can honestly give all 5 stars with confidence and know I'll be back soon when it's time to replace my shifters. They keeps lots of parts and accessories in stock and I found the prices are competitive or even better than online!

At no charge they found the root cause of my ruptured tubes by identifying that the cords broke in the tire. Smart, friendly guys
