Today was my first time ever trying crossfit and I had a great workout! Very clean, orderly gym, and friendly atmosphere. These guys are experts and an absolute pleasure to work with. Pete the trainer is the gains master of swollville but puts together a scalable workout that people of all fitness levels can do. He went over all of the movements that we were going to be doing without making anyone feel dumb or singled out. I used to wrestle in high school, and this gym takes me back to those days of working out with my team. Would highly recommend to a friend.

Great box and I had a great workout. Ava was our coach and she was awesome. Well organized class and nice facility. They made me feel very welcome as a drop in athlete. I will go back to CrossFit Forest Hills the next time I'm in Grand Rapids.

These guys have treated me like family and been my primary support system through eight months of hard work in my quest to lose weight. As a former athlete, I find the workouts to be challenging but accessible. The team atmosphere and coaching support is unmatched. I'm so happy to be a part of this fit family. I definitely recommend giving it a try!

Owners Pete and Ava made me feel welcome as a visitor from out of town. I immediately felt accepted, like a regular. People made a point to introduce themselves to me and get to know me. I loved that the class size was not too large, giving the coaches one on one time with the athletes to correct technique and form.

Starting my Crossfit journey at CrossFit Forest Hills has been one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness and health! The detailed coaching, encouraging environment, challenge of learning new skills and hitting strength pr's has been amazing. But, by far the people I've met and friendships I've formed has been the best. The internal and external transformation and confidence I've gained makes all the hard work and sweat worth it! It all starts with just showing up.
