A good job by the mechanic.  I had no clue the cabin on my Focus had an air filter.  The guy at the counter explained why it was not covered by warranty.  He also explained the cost breakdown.  The time my car was being serviced was not excessive.  Cost incurred was about right for the work that was done.  A good job.

The 5 stars are normal.. when Mr Blanton owned this dealorship!  I do think however, we should give Bill Cole a break here until he gets set up as the new owner.  I have friends who deal with his Honda and Nissan  car lots, in Ashland.  They are sooooo happy with the  Sales manager, salesmen, and all that goes with buying a new or used car with him.  So I am hopeful that things will go back to being an Ashland favorite car lot!  Wishing you the BEST Mr  Cole.  We are loyal Ford buyers and just want to be treated as such!

Told them our payoff, credit & how much we could spend before coming down, they said they can work with us only to come out with over 100 more per month. No thanks
