Better than expected at a small airport. One person works the counter and car prep, so on the initial car pick-up, had to wait ~5 minutes for someone to appear. Actually received a better rate than I booked the car for. Both counter people were very personable. 

Con - received a car which had been smoked in. Should have realized this when I found the car windows down in the parking spot. We were tired (8:30 PM, traveled all day) and decided the smoke smell was bearable, but the more we drove toward the hotel, the worse it seemed. Exchanged the car the next morning with no problem. Weren't open for our departure flight, but they have a drop box for the keys - received the invoice via email by the time I reached home.

Reserved a challenger and at the last hour they said they didn't have one.  It was too late to find one elsewhere.  They never offered anything else comprable

Great experience this time! I rent from Enterprise very often - every other month to be exact. I never had great experiences from the Ashland, KY branch - each time I would show up with my reservation, they conveniently did not have the car size available that I reserved and would offer only a minivan. Other issues were happening as well.

Many times pass by - I finally rent now from Tri-state Airport location only. Great customer service (they have built a personable relationship with me) - nice and friendly service. Previously, had a rental from them with very dirty disgusting (cloth) seats. I reviewed this specific rental, and was contacted by a regional manager for Enterprise regarding the issue - handled very quickly and professionally. Fast forward time to my most recent rental (which was from 3/30 - 4/4) - was given a brand new Honda Civic with 300 miles. Great vehicle, service, and experience. 

Thank you for making up for the previous rental.

Overall not a bad experience. The car that was given to me had a busted hubcap and a slight vibration in the steering wheel over 50 mph. Who ever had it before must have hit a curb or something and knocked the alignment out! A bit annoying driving it on the highway.
