Latest rental was definitely a spur of the moment event - I called them with only minutes before close and not only did they take of my need for a car that minute - they brought it to me - calmed me down and treated me with the greatest of respect - I really appreciate their kindness and their knowledge of their company - I got what I needed without breaking the bank - Thank You

THIS COMPANY THAT I HAVE BEEN RENTING FROM SINCE THEIR INCEPTION BACK IN THE DAY, BY FAR THE BEST TO USE. THEIR SERVICE DEPENDABILITY AND ALL AROUND  GREAT GOOD WILL IS GEARED TOWARD THE CUSTOMER. BEST PRICING, GREAT CARS AND GREAT STAFF. I WILL NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CALL THE OTHERS AS I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TOTALLY SATISFIED. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEM. ESPECIALLY THE STAFF IN ASHLAND, KY. Great fast and friendly service, I even made a phone call to ask questions a couple of days before we picked up our rental and she was very friendly and dealt with all my crazy questions. Even though you have to place a $150 deposit we only actually spent a little over $200 on a FULL size rental. I think it would be awesome if this facility would be updated and given a bigger lot as you can only have 6 customer cars across the front.  Overall it was an awesome experience.

I would suggest finding another rental company. I should have known better to try renting from this Enterprise branch again. The staff at the Ashland branch appear to have no regard for customer service or convenience. I reserved a car last night for pick up today at noon, this was last minute because my ride fell through due to illness. The website allowed me to book a full size car for a one way trip to the airport (paying a surcharge to do so). I was called around 10:30 this morning to confirm that I would be arriving at noon, as I'd indicated on the reservation. I then called back at 11 to ask whether I could come earlier, and was told no, that noon was the earliest the vehicle would be ready. I organized a ride to the office and arrived at 12:10. I was greeted at the desk and my drivers license taken, then the agent offered to 'show me what was available'. As we walked out, she asked how many people were traveling and I was then directed to a Nissan Versa - not a full size vehicle in any way, shape or form. I told her that was unacceptable and that I had reserved a full size and that was non negotiable. Once inside she then offered me a truck, stating that no other vehicles were available, that they hadn't been returned on time. This made me furious, as I had been called to confirm, and had called again myself to check the timing, and at no point did anyone bother to alert me that the proper vehicle was not available. (Not only had I just been totally stranded and left needing a large vehicle to get my family to the airport, but also adding to my stress was the fact that I'd had to leave my infant daughter, who was vomiting and ill, to make the trip up to Ashland to pick up the vehicle in the first place.) The agent made excuses about other vehicles not being returned on time, but that quite frankly is just indicative of their total lack of regard for customer service - at no point did anyone there bother to call me to say the vehicle wasn't available, that it was delayed, that there might be an issue, or to offer any type of a solution. And now I have 2 adults and a baby in a car seat that need to get to the airport for a long flight, with 5 checked bags, and Enterprise has totally screwed me on this. Avoid them, they just don't get customer service at all.
