I was so frustrated with my experience that I decided to wait a week after my rental to review this company to make sure I was still upset enough to comment. My reservation was made 11 days in advance for a weekend trip. On my way to the rental location I was called and told that they didn't have a car for my reservation and weren't sure when they would get one. Obviously, this was incredibly frustrating because I had reserved so far in advance and was limited on time for my trip. I decided to show up anyway because I couldn't do anything but wait. Once there, they told me they still weren't sure when they would have a car the size I needed. However, they could rent me a larger vehicle for $9 more per day. In other words, I was being forced to pay more because of their inability to complete my original reservation. They did bring it down a bit to only $5 more per day. I wonder if they ever had the intention to fulfill the reservation or if they just wanted to up-sell me. I finally get into the vehicle and two of the four doors were sticky and dirt on the back of the front passenger seat. The car had not been cleaned at all. I had no choice but to take it otherwise I would have to cancel my entire trip. Once I get back from my trip, I did the math and it cost me $31.50 more for gas than I would have used in the original vehicle based on their mpg estimate on their own website. I feel, in total, they owe me $51.50 because that is what I had to pay additionally for their screw up. It will be a very long time, if ever, before I use Enterprise again.

I live in this area & usually rent on a regular basis. I'm a very satisfied customer with 4th Avenue Enterprise. If you want a specific car I suggest that you reserve one online or by phone; for the most part they can get you into a vehicle close to what you want if they don't have what you're looking for.
