Initial contact was good. Brought car in for new passenger window regulator. Also to have a diagnostics run to see why the check engine light kept coming on. When I return to pick up the car the window would not go down all the way . When I inquired about why it didn't go down like the other window did they informed me it was a safety issue and wasn't supposed to go all the way down. Then I proceeded to ask about the check engine light, he went back and asked the technician what the report came back as, and he said it was because the fuel cap was loose. He said the tech tighten the fuel cap and the light went off. So I took him out to the car to show him that there was not even a fuel cap on the car it had been missing for a while. Obviously the technician lied about fixing the fuel cap because there never was one to fix . I called two other BMW places, and they both said no, the window should go down all the way. Then went back again and told him that the window should go all the way down, just like the driver side window goes all the way down. Their answer to that was well I guess the drivers window was fixing to break too .. I did not appreciate being told something that's not true right to my face .. and when I said that to the man behind the counter he had zero response .. I would think twice about taking my car to these people.. they definitely will not ever touch my daughters car again .. I am sure many have had good experiences there, Sadly mine was not . Owning a local business myself I know how people can be crazy on Google reviews ... this was just my first time experience using them and I won't be giving my money back to them ever again

We took our 2008 hardtop series 3 BMW convertible to Bimmer's South after getting a price quote from Athen's BMW. The recommended work from Athens BMW was going to be around $2,300. Bimmer's South got it running smooth for $750! They fixed what needed fixing without major part replacements. They were courteous and informative, and they got it finished in good time. I'm so happy we decided to try them out. Without question we will bring our BMW to Bimmer's South for any future repairs or maintenance.

DO NOT TAKE ANY VECHICLE TO THIS PLACE. Awful and terrible for the short version. Most of the negative reviews that I read were exactly right on the evaluation of the services provided. For the longer version---read further----I brought in by 335i for the dreaded reduced power check engine light. The diagnosis----which took two days---was a failed rear turbo. When I questioned how they knew that it was the rear turbo exactly the service manager put me on the phone with the mechanic who stumbled through an explanation of--"well I know that the front turbo is good so it has to be the back one." Fair enough I guess? i asked how much time he has in it he said 2 hours. I asked how long to pull the turbo and replace it---he said 6 more hours. At 100 bucks an hour i figured 800 bucks was fair for the job. WRONG. i delivered the turbo myself 6 days later and was told they would get right on it and it would be rolling by the end of the week. WRONG. After 5 more days i called to check on the progress and was told that i needed a handful of parts to finish the job---that they knew i would need when they started but neglected to pass that information along. This is where things really went south. At this point they were 3 days past when they said it would be done. After some questioning i found out that they had worked on the car for 10 hours already and needed an additional 4 hours to complete it after the parts arrive.---DOUBLE the original amount of time to complete the job. Really regretting the mechanic choice at this point but too far in to turn around. 6 days later---i get a call that the car is ready and like new. I show up to check it out and the service manager sends somebody else out to talk to me. I stated that i wanted to drive the car before i paid for it. They acted like i was going to steal my own car but they eventually gave me the keys. I drove a mile---same issue....reduced power mode. i brought it back and was told there was a sensor needing to be replaced to get the fuel map right. Really? you want me to pay twice the original price and the car still is not fixed? I figured i was on What Would You Do or something. i told them to fix the sensor---they said it would be done the next day. WRONG. I was told it only takes 3 minutes to pull and replace the sensor----they charged me 90 bucks to do it and when i questioned the labor the service manager told me it was because "they had to wait on the part...." What ever you do----DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE. cost me 1900 dollars and 3 weeks. terrible.

The owner is so kind and helpful! My manual BMW wouldn't start by the ignition, it would only push-start. We replaced the starter, alternator and battery but still nothing. So we decided to take it to Bimmer South for a computer diagnostic. Something happened and after the diagnostic the car wouldn't turn over even with a push start. Bimmer South went through the car and repaired the loose wires and got my car running again! I am so very happy! Thank you Bimmer South!

March 29, 2016 These people are so nice and helpful! My husband called for some help with his Mercedez Benz S-430 and the lady was able to diagnose the problem over the phone! She did not ask for the car to be brought to her service department. These people are simply outstanding!
