By far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. We were on a strict timeline and Aaron was able to work out exactly the deal we wanted. Between Aaron, the sales manager and the finance office, we were in and out within two hours and able to drive our brand new Jeep to the appointment we had and made it on time. I would recommend Aaron and this dealership over and over again.

My ABS and traction control light randomly came on yesterday while I was driving. My husband and I pulled into the service department and we spoke with Bill. He was super helpful and got my Jeep in right away. I’m used to feeling like another number when dealing with a car dealership and usually places will tell you to “make an appointment” but Bill was nice, professional, helpful and he got my vehicle in the shop ASAP. Everything was fixed and ready to go within 2.5 hours. Thank you Bill and the technician worked on my Jeep!

I have bought several cars from this dealership over the years, but I will never buy another car from what is now Landmark Chrysler, Dodge, etc. The salesmen were absolutely rude to me, and most uncooperative, leaving me on the lot for several minutes only to come back without the keys to the car I wanted to drive. And this happened twice. If you want to be treated like the dealership is doing you a favor for buying a car from them, this is the place for you. Not me. In fact, I went right down the street, bought a $25K Toyota truck, and was treated like a customer and not a nuisance. I am in the market for a new Dodge Challenger, and I will buy it out of Atlanta to avoid this dealership. As I see it, they have lost about $55K in sales, and even when I complained to the sales manager, he gave me attitude. It must be nice to have so much business you can turn it away like this.

Madison was very knowledgeable and helpful. She got me in and out and I left with a good deal in a great car. I highly recommend Madison at Athens dodge.

Recently purchased a used Ram 2500 from Landmark. Pro - My salesperson, Rachel, was most helpful and low pressure. She inquired into my needs and took the time to show me everything in which I may have interest. As an added bonus, she gave me a useful tip where I could get my clothes washer repaired quickly at a reasonable price. Pro - Finance guy (sorry, don't remember his name) was personable and likewise low pressure. Financing was obtained without drama at a reasonable rate. He offered an extended warranty but likewise was not pushy or high pressure when I declined it. Con - Landmark does not post an "asking price" on their used vehicles. As such, it took frustratingly long to actually see a price for the truck I ultimately purchased. Only after I dealt at length with Rachel, completed a test drive, and allowed them to appraise my trade-in would they reveal what they wanted for the truck. Oddly, I later found out they post the prices on the internet, but not on the vehicles on the lot. It nearly cost them a sale as I am not a fan of games and nearly left. Obviously we eventually came to agreeable terms and I purchased the truck. Not the worst auto purchasing experience I've had, put still short of ideal. Three weeks later - An update of my experience with Landmark Chrysler Dodge Athens. The used vehicle I purchased had a small area on the front bumper where the paint was chipped. The dealership agreed to touch-up the area as part of the deal. When I picked up the vehicle, I was told they would set up an appointment for the touch-up to be done. Two weeks went by and no telephone call. Finally, I called and was told to bring it up Monday at 10, as that is when the touch-up guy is on the lot. Well, I went up there today and they said "Oh, he can't do it today, it's raining. Sorry, we should have called you." The poor quality of customer service continues. Ironically, I was specifically asked by my sales person to do a Yelp review. My advice, if you are going to ask for a review, you should provide decent customer service.
