Got a great deal on my 2017 Honda CRV! The salesman Andrew was awesome and the managers really worked with me to get the best deal and the best options for my car. UPDATE: I was contacted immediately by the Service Director Bret Marvin who made sure to make this right. He apologized and talked with the employee, who is new. Thank you Phil Hughes for taking care of your customers!!

I've taken my car here for all but one service. Everyone has always been nice, until today. I had a 4:00 appointment and was immediately greeted when I arrived. My advisor was Erin but she was busy so she TOLD the man helping me to check me in. The gentleman told me that it wouldn't be longer than 45 minutes because they weren't busy.1.5 hours later, I've gotten anxious and worried that something is wrong with me car. I approach Erin and ask how much longer it would be and she has no clue. She says that she didn't check me in so she didn't know. Finally under a stack of papers she found my paperwork that she had been holding onto for who knows how long. This is unacceptable.

Outstanding customer service. We bought a new Odyssey for our family. Worked with salesperson Ty for 2 days, he was not pushy at all. He showed us many vehicles, trim options and never seemed impatient. He was an excellent mediator between us and the Honda staff.  Ty kept working until our payments were manageable and our interest rate was low. Highly recommend this dealership and can't say enough about Ty!!

We found ourselves car shopping at a point in which we really weren't expecting to have to car shop - but we ended up having a great shopping experience and love our new Honda Pilot! Gary was a great salesman and worked with us to find the perfect car!

Went for an oil change. The car checked out good, with no major problems. Two days later my car in back in there with Major engine trouble (coincidence? I hear there is no such thing as coincidence). All the talking with Management & Service made me feel like I was buying a new car & haggling the prices with a Good Cop Bad Cop scenario. Upon review of my bill, on the car's check list, (I called the service agent later,) the mechanic didn't actually do what they said they did. He did a visual not a block test. When he spoke to me it felt like he was lying, which he was. There was no smoke, & no foam (visual inspection, which is not conclusive). Not going back. Their prices are at least twice that of other mechanics I checked out.
