Awesome people, great birds. Recently purchased a Pineapple Green Cheek Conure from them, and could not bet happier with the entire experience! I recommend them to anyone looking for a pet bird.

Stopped in today with my husband and two kiddos. I would recommend them to anyone! Such a friendly atmosphere, they treat you like family the second you walk in! Let us hold the birds we were interested in, our 4 year old was in his glory. We are so excited to bring our feathery new family member home next week! We also enjoyed meeting Pearl, the owners cockatoo! What a fun experience coming in. Thank you guys so much! I would give 10 stars if I could :)

We had a wonderful experience at Exotic Pet Birds in Webster. Sal and his staff were so friendly and they took a lot of time with us to show us different birds and answer our questions. They have a HUGE selection of beautiful birds and it was so much fun to see them and hold them. We are so happy we bought our new hand raised parakeet from Sal. We would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new pet bird.

If you are looking for a bird to have as a pet, this is the place you want to visit. The owner is willing to do anything to make you feel welcome and comfortable in his store. If you want to just visit and look at some fancy birds, no problem. If you want to come and ask questions about birds, no problem. If you decide you want to have a bird as a pet, no problem. Sal and his staff are there for you to have an experience, not just to sell you a bird. If you decide to buy a bird, then it comes with support and help whenever you need it. Even though I'm sure he'd love to sell you a bird (at probably the best price around), he would be just as happy for you to visit, ask questions, and enjoy yourself.  This is NOT your average bird store.
