Great doing business with these folks. Matt, Justin, Alex... really make me feel welcome and appreciated. I go there enough to have overheard some of their conversations with irate customers (customers venting on issue no fault of Enterprise). I think it's how a service handles those situations that are NOT ideal that defines their ideals. And these folks shine! Helpful, without judgement, committed to fixing not blaming... these fellas are professionals. Let them take care of your next rental vehicle needs. You will not be disappointed.

We've rented cars throughout the country and this is by far the best location. From this location we've rented at least 10 times and there have only ever been 1 or 2 minor issues (only because I'm very particular) and they were handled with the up most priority. The staff is efficient, friendly, and accommodating.

They gave my car away since I couldn't pick it up until 4 because I work...  Even though it was reserved and I was paying for the entire day, and the next 4 days.  Left me without a vehicle to pick my kids up from daycare.  Stay classy Bismarck Enterprise, I'll be sure to let friends and family know how you operate.

The staff is always courteous and helpful. However each time I have rented I do not get the vehicle I ask for. I appreciate the upgrade but not the lack af guel mileage.

Great customer service!! Love the fact that Enterprise will match or BEAT any other rental service in town. Most importantly, I love the personal service I get from these guys! They have my business forever! Keep up the great work!
