There was an issue with returning our "hold" that was charged to our card and they absolutely refused to help us remedy the situation. Landa Gunderson, the assistant manager, proved to be one of the most unprofessional, and downright rude, individuals I've ever had to work with. I am not joking when I say she REFUSED to help me nor did she offer any other courses of action. Totally unhelpful.

No issues with the vehicle, but the service alone proves that standards of service are non-existent at this location.

Scheduled to pick up a car at 8a on a Sunday morning, booked through a major online booking site, arrived at the airport only to learn they aren't open until noon. Quite a predicament when I needed to drive  to a meeting 100 miles away.

I had a reservation for 11pm and they closed early before a regularly scheduled commercial flight landed.  There was no one to call. I wasn't the only one they stranded.  There ought to be a law against this place.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. In town for a funeral and they moved cars around and gave us upgrades. Highly recommend.
