Clean cut, very professional young man at the time of pick up and drop off(2-17-18 1PM thru 2-22-18 12pm). He went out of his way to accommodate us and he appeared to be the only one working. I would give 6 stars, if I could. This guy can do it all. Whatever he is being paid, its not enough!

Rental went fine. Service rep told me car had no damage but there was a clear 6" scratch on front fender. Thinking it must not have passed the damage threshold I didn't bother to go back inside to report it (but took a photo). 

After returning the car, I received a call from another sales rep, while I was sitting on the plane, asking what I knew about the damage to the front fender. I said  I was fully aware and had taken a photo. I offered to send the photo if she provided an email address. Another rep sent me an email asking for the photo. Later that day, a manager called and explained that a claim had already been submitted for the damage and that I was good to go. 

I subsequently asked a friend who was a former enterprise manager whether this was a scam. He told me damage claims were on the second screen of the system and that reps often didn''t check. So assuming this wasn't a scam then it seems that SOP should be to check for existing damage claims before a) telling a customer that a vehicle has no damage and b) calling the customer to ask about damage.

This location does a great job, which leads to their one drawback--they always have more customers waiting than the other counters, but it's worth it.  The staff is friendly and helpful.  They try to get you in the best car possible.  The rentals are clean, well maintained and pristine.  I wouldn't use anybody else in Bismarck.

My rental was a pleasant experience and it met all my expectations. The personnel were very cordial and accomodating.

Joey at the Bismarck Airport location did an incredible job of finding me a large SUV on short notice. The staff in Bismarck consistently exceeds expectations when I require a rental vehicle.
