We have been visiting your store for about three years now. My son Andrew has autism and he loves going to your store to sit and watch the birds for about 15 or 20 minutes once a week.  I just want to say how grateful I am that your entire staff has always been so respectful to us despite the fact that Andrew just goes to see the birds, cats, dog camp  well he pretty much likes it all it's like a visit to his friends to him. This week we became customers I am babysitting my nephew Teddy.  Your associate was very helpful in helping us make our selections he helped me put the harness on the puppy because I couldn't. Love this location! They have (almost) everything you could ask for at a pet store, and their PetsHotel is so convenient - for the best experience ask for Angela B., her knowledge and professionalism are exemplary. If she doesn’t know about something, it just might not exist. :)

We love Lucy in grooming.  She does a great job on our Stella. Don't forget to tip your groomer, they take good care of your babies!

Kim was great with my doggies. It was their first time getting their nails filed down and apart from some mild trepidation, they did well under Kim's deft hands and calm demeanor.
