Black Cat Bistro’s mission is to bring Modern American dishes to East Lansing, while adding a unique touch of multicultural elements to the cuisine. Our motto is demonstrating balance between simplicity and sophistication. Black Cat manages to be both understated and indulgent, while capturing the essence of a modern-bistro in a fresh perspective. With hand-painted Art-Deco walls and wrought-iron chandeliers, the space provides a comforting atmosphere with refined ambiance.
General Manager Josh Martinez and his Chef collaborated to feature original menu items by utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients. These bistro influenced dishes draw upon flavors from across the world.
