Great value food. One of the few places you can get a decently good breakfast for their prices. But, even with not expecting a 5 star experience, I still was displeased by the slow, poorly trained waitstaff. My waitress forgot to bring me the water I'd asked for before I ordered, and she never one checked on me (I had to ask for my water). She only brought me my check after I'd been finished with my meal for a few minutes. All things considered, I'll probably end up coming here again for the decent, value food.

Me and a friend went to this IHOP during national pancake day which we thought was going to be a complete disaster and ended up turning to to be the best restaurant experience of my life! I was greeted by a lovely host who cracked a joke to lighten the mood. The manager had greeted us before we sat down to let us know if there is anything he can do for us and that it would be his pleasure! We were then greeted by a lovely college of mine from the past who treated us with utmost respect and served us up a warm plate of pancakes and bacon! I would go here everyday if it was in my budget!

Their services is good, pretty quick, the staff is nice, it depends on who you get (I think they need to work on their appearance however). Not the cleanest restaurant, I've been here several times and they will seat you at a wet booth with occasional syrup still stuck to the table. I only come because they have amazing pancakes for a reasonable price. I wasn't pleased with their other foods. However, they are definitely better than Denny's overall. I would recommend you trying them nonetheless (for the pancakes that is)

Delicious pancakes! All you can eat pancakes..5 in a stack! Service was very fast and friendly. The Splashberry drink was all kinds of yummy! Prices were great, too! We will definitely return.

We went to IHOP at 8pm on a Sunday not expecting a 5 star meal (it's a chain restaurant obviously). We simply wanted to have quick, fresh food. We tried to give a balanced review. However, we feel the negatives outweigh the positive attributes. PRO'S: 1. Good Friendly Customer Service 2. Timeliness of the Food. 3. Food was cooked to order. 4. Price was cheap. CON'S: 1. Coffee was Luke-Warm. 2. Coffee pot that was brought to our table also included luke-warm, hour old coffee. The pot itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. 3. Nasal Hair was found in Hash Browns (seriously) 4. Scrambled Eggs were most likely Carton Style (this made the eggs taste processed). 5. Biscuits and Gravy were also served luke-warm and not fresh.
