I have been trying to get financing for a new home for over a year now. Darlene gave me tips on getting my credit score to where it needs to be and when I came back 9 months later they were able to get me approved. I have picked my home colors and am now waiting to close next week but I am so happy with the service I have received at Black Creek Homes!!

Very poor customer service. We were looking for homes and and came across a couple of the more affordable homes which were hidden in the back. It was a little mucky to get to these homes due to a little rain but not too wet to not take a look, well we couldn't due to the fact that the the sales lady didn't want to go back to unlock the doors and asked us to come back another day when the ground was dry. Really?  I took time out of my day and was going to actually buy a home and you turn me away. So we went to quality homes not too far from black creek and had a much better experience. I recommend quality homes over black creek homes any day

Pretty useless customer service on the phone.  Glad I didn't drive all the way to their office.  Didn't offer any alternatives to what I was looking for.  Betty seemed pretty put out that I wasn't even in the same game as her.  Couldn't even bother to say anything to the effect of " sorry we couldn't help you but thanks for calling and have a nice day."  Nope, I told her thanks for your time anyway and all she could do was hang up.  RUDE!!  
Guess I'll give Quality Homes a call.

I wouldn't purchase a home if these people were the last builders on earth. They are a bunch of crooks, liars and thieves. They said they could build a modular home on some property we were going to purchase and then at the time it was suppose to be moved Walt said sorry we have to go with a different home, and then kept our deposit when we said we weren't intrested anymore. Walt and Darlene both stole our family's money and we did not render any service from them. We are taking them to court to get our money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE CROOKS.
