People complain that the maintance crew don't get anything done. It's not them, it's all Jackie. When we moved in our dishwasher and oven did not work. We left that b**** multiple messages without hearing anything back. Weeks later maintance stopped by for their routine check-up and we told them of the issue. They had no idea, Jackie ignored all of our messages and so they put the order in right away and it was fixed within a week. Also, don't plan on seeing any of your $1600 security deposit ever again. I received a letter informing me that they were keeping the whole thing, with a breakdown stating it went towards October rent (our lease was up on 9/30). When we called, Jackie said it went towards a carpet replacement because it smelled like pets, which was not true, and because the carpet was stained. The carpets were already stained when we moved in and we have records proving it. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY - OVERPRICED TRAILERS RUN BY GREEDY MANAGEMENT

I'm moving out this coming up Saturday, and it's a bitter sweet moment. For my first home/landlord/neighborhood, I loved it here. Jackie and her staff are amazing! She truly is a wonderful person. Anytime I had an issue, whether it was the house, or personal, she was right there in my corner and always made me and my children feel safe. She goes by the books, and isn't afraid to enforce the rules. But that's her job! As long as you are a good tenant (like you said you would be when you signed your lease) then you will never have any problems, and you will love this charming community as well.

I moved in almost a year ago and haven't had any problems. The neighborhood is well-kept and quiet, and the staff has always been very helpful.

I currently live here and CAN'T WAIT to move out! Worst experience ever renting somewhere. This place is a polished up turd. Over priced. Infested with bugs. Their maintenence crew is the laziest, half ass workers out there. Takes them months to do the simplest of jobs. And even those simple tasks do not get done properly. The emergency maintenence guy never picks up the phone after hours or weekends. My heater went out and they didn't fix it because it was the weekend. So I went a whole weekend freezing with my kids. If I was you... look somewhere else. You will hate living here within a couple months just like me and all my neighbors.
