The walls leaked when it rained, one side of the wall didn't generate electricity , rat infested , and raccoon infested,hot water only lasted 3 minutes , the owners won't do anything about the problem unless you make it a problem. you won't get your deposit back either , the carpet had cigarette burns and rips and tears in it , it looked as bad as it smelled. 
if you drive a car , make sure you don't drive past 1/2 mile per hour , due to the gaping sink holes , the lock on the doors were jacked up , slide your card through the crack and you'll get in ( you know , just in case you misplace your key) make sure you keep your proof of payment , because when you try to leave when your lease is up , they will say you missed payments on both rent / water. the floors are un-even as well , so be very careful on where you step , or you might just fall through. if you don't mind all of what i experienced in my 12 months of hell , then go for it . i'm sure $475 a month is worth it right ? probably not.
