Office staff is very nasty and rude they lie about water cost when your moving in and say it's 30 dollars a month that it's increases more and more each month to outrageous amounts like 230 dollars and they won't let you pay your lot rent if you don't pay your water bill at the same time. Hurricanes misowell plan on hiring a crew because they don't clean up and limbs or tree brush. Pool closes way early in the season. They fall behind on there garbage bill so the garbage company does not come and the trash sits out for weeks on end. There is 10 million stray cats. This place is all around awful. Definitely not recommend. Don't fall for there nicey nice games because a week after your there they show there true colors. And you just got suckerd to move in.

If you want your trash and yard waste to be picked up.. it's not the place for you... if you like to call an office and speak to a person regarding questions or concerns... this is not the place for you. If you want to live in a place that puts notices on your door for trash in your yard (Thats buried under a foot of earth and was their when you moved in)Then yes, move on in!

Very rude ppl!!!! This place is a dam joke they charge u what ever they want for water and u have to pay it don't ever move into this place!! I have seen this place change so many hands it's crazy

This park is a joke. You don't want to move here. Office staff is rude and unprofessional. I have lived here 2 1/2 years, am being evicted because I don't own my trailer and am not approved, but they approve drug dealers. They have more people moving out than in. Trailers are old , run down. A Lot of empty lots and trailer. They are accusing me of having someone live here who doesn't. They say they have video, which is an invasion of my privacy. Nothing for kids to do. Pool is a joke, hardly open. I'm handicapped and paid my rent, but I have to go. I left a letter addressed to the park owner, well, the district manager opened it. She doesn't own the park, she had no business opening it. She doesn't want to hear what you have to say because she is always right. She had her informants, who she believes everything they tell her. I wouldn't recommend this park to anyone!!
