Excelent Service! 
This year we decided to go to Vail for our Christmas vacation. We did fly to Denver International. Our flight came in 50mins earlier, i called the office to let them know that we arrived. The lady on the phone said that they track every flight and the driver is waiting for us at the holding lot. I am very satisfied with the service, the driver was great and professional, the car was clean. And i am very happry we didn't have to wait for another 50 minutes for our transportation.

The driver was great. When we called after he had left to see if someone had left a set of keys on the bus. He was kind enough to stop and look and call me back.And it was best price.

The WORST car service ever.  They are rude and unprofessional.  They do not return phone calls.  Expect an attitude that the customer is wrong and they are right.

My entire family used Black Diamond to transfer us from Denver International to Vail and back.  They went above and beyond to ensure that our family had everything we wanted.  First, they were at each destination at our agreed upon time.  Before departure, we were asked if we wanted to play games or watch movies. They also provided snacks, drinks, movies, music and kept the temperature where we were comfortable.  All of our luggage ( A LOT), skis and bags were loaded and we were treated with every possible courtesy.  His knowledge of the area provide us with locations of where to look for wildlife and were able to see big horn sheep and elk which we all enjoyed.  My family will be going back to Colorado this winter and we will certainly be using Black Diamond. We recommend them without hesitation to anyone needed reliable transportation in the area!
