I have been going there for 4 years. No mention of paranoia. A new patient that lives in the same place as me starts going there. They have been bothering me and the landlord won't help. Now they call me crazy and paranoid cause of what he told them. Time for a new therapist. :-(

Went in yesterday to get back on my meds for sleep I'm an insomniac this nice psychiatrist told me I'd be back on my meds so I could finally for the first time In months get a good night sleep I left called my pharmacy no meds called back Black hawk Grundy they told me she left called today and she's not putting me back on the meds she said she would she's not gonna put me back on my meds but she will give me prescribe me meds that I told her don't work no sleep again ig thanks

An absolute waste of time. Was informed on my first visit that i had no deductible to meet as well as no co pay. Cool, sign me up. went to 2 appts, and after verifying my appt times at a later date I was asked when i wanted to pay for my balance. A balance of $150 for 1 1 hour visit and this visit consisted of me literally talking the entire time. $150 an hour to just simply vent? I don't think so, I refuse to return.

Wish I could give zero stars. Does not make you feel any better. They give you lethal doses of medicine but tell you eat healthy.does not help in case of emergency for therapy and director who runs the place is never available. I would not recommend this place if you have a love one with mental illness.

REDICULOUS!! They NEVER call back no matter how many voicemails I gave. I called them once , they said they were busy called back 20 minutes later "this number is no longer is service" they are impossible to get a hold of.
