I’ve had generally good appointment experiences with my provider or NP, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. They are not accommodating, courteous, or informative. I would rather spend less money and wait to be seen at an urgent care facility than negotiate my health and needed appointment with their staff.
We have been patients of doctor Penird for over 10 years and we have been very happy and confident as patients with this practice. The staff has always been extremely kind and very helpful. It’s been a very hectic and unstable time for the medical profession and we believe that this practice has gone above and beyond to serve their patients to the best of their ability. Our entire family are also patients here and they too have been very, very, happy with the medical care and personal concern they offer. Thank you to everyone at this practice.
If I could give zero stars I would dr Hameed is absolutely the worst doctor EVER! She has no bedside manor and just wants to make money off being seen as a nutrition dr. Literally argued with her and then when do the exam she slammed down the table and barely did an exam. But also gave the referral that I had asked for 5 months ago that she wouldn't do! Do not go to her even as a last resort! Also we were told if you are over weight, have sleep Apnea then once u get your cpap machine the weight will just fall off of you! Wow is this lady seriously a trained doctor in the United States?
Dr Meaker helped me, when other doctors couldn't. I have Chrohn's Disease and I was struggling untill Dr. Meaker referred me to my current gastroenterologist.
I love my Dr, Dr Josephine Barrett and my daughter liked her Dr, Dr Hameed. But this is ridiculous, my daughter was recently in car accident and seen at hospital ER. In calling for a follow up with her primary we ate told they don't do car accident or comp cases. WHAT THE FLIP. Why do we have primaries?????
Dr. Meaker is very thorough and very caring..he listens to you about your health concerns..office staff is always helpful and they are on top of getting messages to Doc and nurses, bothNurses are amazing
My husband loves his doc; Dr. Josephine Barrett BUT the women at the front desk are very rude. They tried to tell him that he wasn't on my insurance, although he was. They insisted that he present an insurance card with his name on it and not mine. The problem is that my employer only provides cards in my name, no one else in the family, only the subscriber. They tried to tell him that he was wrong, he wasn't. Then they would not look him up in the insurance system using a shortened version of his name. They kept telling him he wasn't insured. When they finally agreed to look him up the way he suggest; surprise, there he was! Did he get an apology; NO. Just a "well, why don't you have your full name in the system." All of this was a misunderstanding about insurance and it could have been handled politely, if the women at the reception desk had any manners at all.
I've been a patient Dr Piotrowski for about a year and a half after my previous physician retired. The transition was a good one made easy by his warm personality and good bedside manner. The staff do their best to make you feel welcome and usually have a smile underneath their masks. All in all a good facility to be involved with.
Completely rude and ignorant staff. Try to set up a new patient and they continue to argue with me saying the he has been there and dismissed for very awful reasons. I go on to ask what that awful reason was and she tells me that she cant disclose that infornation that the manager told her the patient is band from coming back. I told her it makes no sense because he has never been there and she called me a liar, set the phone down and began talking to other associates about me. I then ask to speak to the manager and she was just as rude. She wouldn't let me talk and when I tried to talk she interrupted me and told me to stop and listen to her. She told me that the reason he wasn't allowed there is because he cancelled his new patient appointment from years ago when we moved. That was the "awful" reason he was banned from there and never allowed back. I myself have now changed practices too, we will not be treated like that and being in the health care field I would never treat a patient like that. This place is in need of new staff.
I have been going to Dr. Penird for many years. He is the most responsive, caring doctor I have ever been to. I’ve never felt rushed, he has always listened to my concerns, he and the nurses are kind and compassionate, and the office has always gotten me in right away when I’ve needed to be seen. I’m so grateful to have a doctor’s office like this.
