There was a man putting his fists up challenging another guy to a fight on the floor today. Seriously. The staff are really cool, the place is clean, but there simply is not enough equipment and people don't like to share.

I cancelled my Blink membership on 9/19/2017, and was informed my final payment was $27.50. Paid this on the spot and went on my way. Charges to my account continued, which I noticed as I was going over my finances. $31.50 on October 8th, and $8.67 on November 3rd. I called multiple times to address this issue. One sales associate told me she will 'put it on a post it for her manager'. When I asked her to confirm upon receiving this message, she got defensive and said ' I am not a manager I can't help you".... I was like I know you're not, I just want to make sure the message was received. Called again twice after this and people kept telling me the same thing, they will let their manager know. I went by, and the manager informed me the sales associate processed this wrong. I said the only thing I care about is getting my money back. I was told unfortunately I cannot because this is what the sales associate was supposed to charge me. Me signing this document of cancellation was contingent on the value I was charged as a final payment; I may not have even canceled at that time if it were more, or may have looked further into it. I was even considering going back because NYSC was so filthy. Now I don't feel comfortable trusting this establishment with my money. E-mailed customer service after the "manager" told me that I was never going to see my money, and they had the nerve to not even answer. It's been 12 days!!! Hope that $41.17 you robbed from me was worth the loyalty & value of a customer.

Great w. Alot more perks. Super clean and environment is cool. Although it's the only location that doesn't greet or say goodbye since im used to that in the other locations.

I've been here several times. Monday evenings tend to be the busiest, but Thursday to Sundays are usually a lot less crowded. The facilities are well maintained and this is probably the best blink I've been to. The manager, Thaddeus, is very kind & professional. I had an issue where I downgraded my membership and changed my mind and wanted to upgrade and he was so helpful. I didn't even need to start a new 1 year contract since I've been at blink well over a year. Other personnel have been helpful as well. The best Blink I've been to! Highly recommended :)

Today I went to the gym with my fiance, I'm the member and he's my guest. One of the staff members treated me like I was a guest, and even asked if I wanted a guest pass, as I was waiting for my fiance to get our stuff from the lockers I noticed the staff member came to where I was sitting and looked to see what I was doing on my phone and when I got up to help my fiance he asked me if there was anything he could help me with. It was a very weird exchange I've never encountered before since I've been a member for years. Love the amenities of this location maybe I'll try a different one to get treated a little better.
