This business will milk you till the end of the contract unless you provide following information, stating that you have moved 25 miles away.
Cancellation due to Moving:
You must move your residence 25 miles or more from the club facility.
You must provide sufficient proof that you are moving. Please send in one of the
following:
New lease agreement in the member’s name signed by member and lessor.
New utility hook up or utility bill in member’s name.
Newly issued driver’s license showing the new address.
Copy of a one-way international plane ticket along with a copy of visa or green card.
Letter from new employer (must be on letterhead), along with a copy of a pay
stub.
PCS orders (boot camp and basic training not accepted).
Closing papers on a purchase of a new home.
Students—must send in a copy of a class schedule (must be on letterhead) along with a
copy of a paid tuition receipt.
o If you cannot send in one of the above, you can send in two of the following:
Current bank statement with the new address.
Current credit card statement with the new address.
Post office change of address confirmation.
30-day written notice of cancellation. You are still responsible for any payments that fall
within the 30-day period from the date ABC Financial Services, Inc. receives the sufficient
proof of move.
Payments will continue on the membership agreement until the sufficient proof of move

I've been a member here for almost two years and here are my overall thoughts. 

The good:
The location and price are the best things about this gym. It's easy for me to get off the ferry, do my thing and go to work. The staff is great and there is a good range of equipment. 

The bad:
General upkeep of gym and equipment leaves much to be desired. Mirrors are broken and never replaced and some machines are out of order for days. Things are getting better in this regard though. The locker room is usually clean but very cramped and has only four showers. This leaves long lines at busy hours. I really don't like that there are spray bottles.  no one is going to use a spray bottle to clean the equipment and very few do here. This is the only Retro I know that doesn't have wipes.

This could be a really great gym if more attention and care is given to the gym space itself. The staff is great but more is needed for general upkeep. I go to about 4 different Retro's but this is my home gym out of convenience. This Retro isn't and the top for sure.

Outstanding gym. Clean, well equipped, great staff, lots of parking, keeps up with maintenance, friendly crowd, there's equipment for every kind of fitness expert or enthusiast.

Unless u enjoy being tormented by incredibly awful loud music, dont go there to work out.
