This is my 5th and favorite Equinox to date. I have met one of the managers to complain about the fake boxing classes and she was so awesome and responsive. Seriously though guys here need to stop wearing yoga pants-for children who shouldn't have a little stolen grapes looking spectacle forced on them. Wear shorts over!

This club has excellent amenities and great location. Gita was able to get me signed up and going right away and even was able to get me $100 in gift rewards. Now, management on the other hand, needs major work. Customer Service is not a top priority here, very poor customer service. If you are due rewards or gift cards be prepared to either not receive them or wait a long time to receive them. My account has been inactive (not due to lack of payment) for 3 weeks now and the only way I can use my rewards is if my account is active. So, management isn't taking this seriously and my account probably will never be reinstated. But they do let me use the gym while my account is being "worked on". I'm sorry but when you live and work near Wall St, you expect Wall St service.

Terrible management and cleaning staff - this morning there were NO towels for showers, no shampoo in the showers, no toilet paper in the bathrooms, looked like a bomb had hit the changing rooms & guys were lining up for whatever towels could be scavenged from the gym floor. Sadly this is a common occurrence and management has ignored many complaints of the same nature. Certainly NOT what you would expect of a 'high end' gym. NOT recommended.

If you have money to burn and pay twice as much for membership here vs any other club, want to join “upper class” (why??) or like watching obnoxious people post selfies of them working out at this “gym” DO JOIN! But mind you, come anytime between 6pm and 8pm and chances you will be able to find spot / machine to workout are close to zero. That’s why people have been leaving... but management just lets them go...
