We shopped upstairs in the Juniors department. Ryan Chiarello our sales representative was amazing!!! He was so helpful and took the time to help my niece pick out her homecoming dress. He went over and above to find the perfect dress.

Customer service is rapidly declining at Bloomingdales boca store! We have been loyalists for years and it’s not the same when we go into that store anymore. Today we had a very bad encounter at the store with a sales rep from chanel cosmetics (Kim Wall). She was very rude towards my mom. She was pretending to help us when in reality she was trying to run us away from the la mer counter because we were about to try on some products for purchase. She was not interested in selling us anything because she had her mind made up that we weren’t seriously buying. I hate when employees at high end stores judge people without knowing how much someone can afford. Only if she knew how much we spend a year at Bloomingdales boca! However it was a terrible experience today and I think we will be doing most of our shopping at saks, Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus now since we are cardholders at all those stores. It’s just sad that the management does nothing to improve the customer service at this store, it just keeps getting worse every time we go to shop there.

Beth, the store manager, was super friendly, and so was Amy, the buyer for St. John. Diana in shoes was great. My mom and I love the people at Sisley, Barbara and I can't remember the other woman's name but she had beautiful lipstick!

Most horrible online service!!!! absolutely idiots sitting and answering phones ! i wish they have same lovely people as store they do !i would never shop them online !
