----- Thanks for the reply, that sounds cool. Have you considered using both areas as gym space? One room could be for cardio, the other for weights/machines. Incorporating both rooms into the gym area would create a really cool atmosphere and give you a lot of space to work with. 

I have lived here for about a year now. I enjoy living here a lot. The only complaint I have about this complex is the gym. It is very small and doesn't have any free weight options. No bench rack, no squat rack, and their dumbbells only go up to 30 lbs with no surface to use them on. For me, a good gym is a reason to stick around for years and years. If they upgraded their gym with some standard exercise equipment like a bench press and squat rack, it would significantly increase their value.

I have not had really any issues with this apartment. I've lived here for 1.5 years with my boyfriend and we've really liked it so far. My neighbors are all nice and like with any neighborhood there are always a few loud people, but its never been awful. The garbage is taken away frequently so there are never overflows at the dump. 

I had an issue over the weekend with my AC and the maintenance man came through literally 10 minutes after we called, he fixed the problem and was really nice. The office staff has always been very helpful and kind. The units are renovated, with little issues here and there, but its a rental so you cant expect perfection. By issues i mean little paint marks on the floor or not perfectly straight socket covers, the toilet is on the old side, but i have a fridge with filtered water in the door and granite countertops.

They offered to clean my carpets for free when we renewed our lease and the rent went up about $30, which isn't bad. We live in a 2/1 and honestly its so hard to find units with 2 beds and 1 bath. I need the extra room as an office and 2/2 are usually way more expensive. It's a great deal to live here and I've liked it.

I wrote a review about 6 months ago and just wanted to send an update! Still loving it here :)

Like being threatened? Then you'll love the Palms of B.R.

I was late renewing my auto tag. They PASTED an illegal parking warning on my drivers side window. (This took a solid hour of scrubbing & scraping to remove.) A week later, they TOWED MY CAR. (Tow truck damaged my front bumper.)
I'm meticulous about recycling, but twice they've emailed EVICTION THREATS for not separating trash from recycling. (Their own maintenance workers don't recycle.
I'm stuck here for 6 more months of THREATS, THREATS, THREATS!!!

I have added 4 photos of insects that constantly attacked my unit. Millipedes crawling on the ceilings & walls, dying on the floors. The photos show dead/dying millipedes in my apt. Enjoy living with crawling critters!

It was a great place to live much better that that other "Reflections of Boca Dell mar". I must admit I had some critters but that was my fault and the staff is much nicer than the other side.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year and just renewed our lease. Everyone in the office is pleasant and whenever something in my apartment needs fixing it's done in a timely manner. The apartment has nice floors and upgraded appliances, my only complaint is the fitness center. The rent here is super reasonable so it's really an amazing apartment for what you pay, the gym is small and I'd prefer to go to one at my apartment but it's really not a big deal.
