I have never felt more racially profiled, they need to educate their entire men's department on manners and how to treat people trying to give them business, specifically Patrick. Definitely sticking with Nordstrom and the Saks in West Palm from now on. I understand why the entire store was empty, will not be returning.

I ordered a garment from this store and was sent the wrong item and, received execrable customer service from assist manager Rebecca DeMonte; a poor excuse for a manager. I will be reaching out to the regional contact for this store. Penurious service and, no accountability.

January 5th I purchased 2 pairs of shoes total for $1,700. First pair was supposed to be delivered to the store and associate - Jordan promised to call me, when he receive the shoes. I know it usually takes just 3-4 days, but when I didn't heard from him I went to the store after 3 weeks. Nobody in shoe department was able to help me, because they don't know about other associate's orders. They texted Jordan and he promised to call me next day. Never happened. I went to store 3 times. Than I got lucky - my associate was present and I finally got my shoes. Second pair was pre-ordered shoes which was supposed to be delivered to the store sometimes in March. I went to store another 3 times in April trying to find out what happened with my $700 shoes. Of course, nobody in entire store were able to tell me, if they have been delivered to store or not. Associates always texted Jordan and they always told me he will call me next day and ....it never happened. May 1st I went to the store again and I talked with someone who introduced himself as shoe department manager. This person was extremely rude. I had never in my life such a humiliating experience. Anyhow, I give this person my telephone number, because he told me he needs to do some research on it. He texted me later. Shoes were not in stock, but they had the same model in different color. I agreed with changing shoes color and texted him my credit card information for price difference. I was charged 05/01 $182.15 price difference. He texted me 05/01 that he will text me tracking number and all the information. Guess what LOL.... he never contacted me again. Please, do something with this store associates and management. It is unacceptable to treat your customers this way.

Be warned that this store is known for racial and age profiling. If you are a non- jew or look young you will be ignored and treated differently. I have witnessed this treatment several times this in store especially in the second floor area. I myself had a terribly experience with an associate who was much older than me and who obviously did not like the fact that I did not fit into her demographic. I believe the management in the store including the store manager hires mostly woman from her Temple Beth El in Boca raton , they are a very close knit group and act like the jewish mafia in the store. Shame on this store
