I was browsing around as a big sale was announced, found a great deal in Alfany and when i went to pay neither the cashier nor the supervisor honored the price on the tag. They claimed it was a mistake. Very poor customer b service. Disappointing

This had to have been the worst customer service experience I have ever had at Macy's. Josi (Men's department Manager) and Devi (Associate), were not only rude, but were extremely unaccommodating. Their problem solving skills to help rectify a mistake the Online department made was repulsing. Instead of taking the onus and initiative to help a customer that was willing to spend an extra $300+, they chose to pass me along like a hot potato, stating it was not their fault, and for me to handle the issue via telephone. I would like to know why is it that they could not get the online department on the line, handle the error that Macy's made (after all, they are all one company), and in turn, provide a positive customer experience? But rather, they allowed for a routine customer leave unhappy and lose profits of $300+.

i'm bout at Macy's of Boca Raton FL a coach perfume for women for my wife and when she tried WATERSORPRICE O IM SORRY WHAT A SORPRICE WATER just that WATER NOT EVEN FAKE PERFUME WATER FULL OF WATER MACY's was the only place i'm bout my perfume NOT ANY MORE .LOSING CREDIBILITY!!!!!! and below of the bottle a Hidden messaged said factice "DUMMY"

In the past two weeks I have been shopping for prom dresses in three different Macy's: Galleria Mall, Coral Springs Mall, and here in Boca Mall and this store was the one where we finally said yes to the dress. I first saw what was to become the dress in Coral Springs but they were sold out every size except 2. From there we spent hours going through Galleria mall without finding anything. Finally the prom is tonight so last night was do or die time. We headed up to Boca Mall and started with Macy's. Since prom season is almost over they were having a nice sale on the dresses. Most were at least 20% off and some were even 40%. They still had a nice selection of dresses in various sizes unlike Coral Springs which only had very small or very large sizes left. They even had a full rack of the white dress that first drew my eye at Coral springs. It's price was a little higher than what I wanted to spend but the discount brought the price right in line with my budget. The only problem left was to convince my Hot Topic, black, Dr. Marten's, punk loving daughter to ditch the darkness and find her inner Disney princess for a night. I let her try out all of the black dresses she wanted and then she tried on the white dress I first spotted weeks ago. It was so beautiful and perfect on her. It is unlike anything she would have picked out and she looks like a princess in it. It even went perfectly with the shoes I found at Payless the other day. She fell in love with it despite her inclination not to, score one for mom. Best of all I opened a Macy's charge account when checking out and go another 20% off resulting in a $65 total savings on the dress making the perfect dress that much more perfect. I asked about the return policy when checking out in case we found something else in the mall and the sales person told me it was a very generous full year as long as the tags were still attached. I didn't even need the paper receipt, they could just scan he tags for the return. The Boca Mall is very upscale and this store reflects that. Even though they charge the same price as other Macy's this store just seems more high end like the mall it is in. I also appreciate that unlike some stores Macy's just let's you try on as much as you want with out being limited to how much you can take in a dressing room at a time. Being told I can only take in so many items at a time is a real turn off for me. If I needed a special event dress in the future this would be the first store I would go to.
