We live in East Vail and have eaten at Blu's several times since it's the only restaurant in East Vail. Every time we have eaten here we always say how terrible the service and good is. I am seriously surprised how this place stays open. The staff is unprofessional and rude, the food is always a disappointment, and the menu is very overpriced for what portion and quality you receive. Do yourself a HUGE favor and do not visit Blu's! It's seriously a wonder how this place stays in business.

Great food. My favorite is Blu's burger with the grilled onions or the pizza. All the pizzas are great. Sit upstairs above the bar and ask for Daniel. He's awesome.

Never posted a bad review before this. Ever. I'm laid back and I understand that stuff happens. In this case however, it is deserved. Older guy with grey hair brought up 2 meat loafs for the table, set them on a nearby table, and bent over and coughed on them. Then he walked away. Not a little cough, but a full blown "I should probably see a doctor" cough. We told our waitress who promised to have them remade. Literally 1 hour later there was still no food. We asked to see a manager and were essentially told no. Unbelievable. I come to vail often and will never return here. There's probably a reason their reviews are so dated and infrequent.

Only food/drink in east vail and as a bonus its solid. I like sitting at the bar on the 2nd floor. Ita cozy and the food is solid and not vail priced. Chicken marsala is very good and the service is spot on.

Diverse menu, good to great food, and like the option to fine dine downstairs or casual dine upstairs at a table, high top or the bar. Convenientl to walk from any East Vail location. The burger entree is a great deal for a mere $10. - go hungry!
