I had the pleasure of using this space along with the students of the astronomy class at SCC as a platform for our mobile observatory. I was able to see some of the most amazing stars and galaxies thanks to the wide open skies in the airport. My experience was amazing, and I would recommend it as a stargazing spot to anyone!

Terrible airport....no bar, no shuttles....had to carry my own bags while trying to find ANYTHING that resembled a terminal...parking was easy, though , and since tge elevation is about 5,280, i WAS able to join the mile high club IN MY CAR  ,outside the main gate....
