Close gate 45min early!  Allegiant air!  Airplane set on the strip for 50 minutes before leaving. So I miss my flight and they had no other flights leaving out that day.

I dont fly because TSA has ruined commuting by airplanes with the ridiculous hours of delays getting through security. Ironically today I went to this airport to pickup a rental car and TSA has the entire airport shutdown so they can do training. So they are not just delaying transportation today they are totally prohibiting it.

I had a great experience flying out from Stockton to Las Vegas last week. TSA went by smooth and quick (if it takes longer then its probably your fault, so follow the rules and don’t blame TSA).  The airport is very well kept and neat, the gate is very nice and chairs are comfortable. My favorite part of Stockton Metropolitan Airport is that it only costs $10/night to leave your car there, what a deal! The area is very well patrolled and they have surveillance cameras through out the parking area. If you come to the airport hungry, there’s subway and a restaurant where you can purchase something to eat. They also have vending machines if you just want a quick snack. I highly recommend flying out of Stockton!

Horrible, absolutely Horrible!!!!  Security is totally unreasonable. I am unable to go through the scanner due to a heart monitor so I was frisk like a criminal. Humiliating going between my legs in public. Completely emptied my personal bag even pulling my credit cards and etc. half way out of slots. The one so called security was going through my bag while the gal was searching me. I wasn't even where I could watch until half way through the emptying of my personal bag. After he emptied he took the contents along with the bag and ran it through the check bag. This is wrong.  Totally uncalled for. Any other airport has a  booth with rotating device and or a wand and check your hair. Very helpful as I have vision problems. They were RUDE and condescending. Allegiant Air is good.
