This taxi service is shocking. Every day for the last week I have had to wait over 45 minutes for a taxi after ordering multiple cabs to ensure I get one. I also tried flagging them down when their lights are on and they just ignore you even though they are empty. Not one cab I have ordered has arrived. I have had to flag down taxis from other services to ensure I am able to get to work.

We use Blue Line for the airport whenever we travel (which is a lot). We've had nothing but good experiences with the drivers. They're always on time, polite, and helpful with our luggage.

2 times this week. Cab is 5-10 mins late after ordering hours prior. Got in one, and salt and dirt on the seat. Give me a break. So someone got it dirty, take a darned rag and wipe it down before your next customer. I got in with dark suit and over coat that ended up with with road salt smears all over the back. No wonder people go to Uber.

They are by far the worst drivers on the road. They either are insanely aggressive and don't follow any of the rules of the road, or they are driving like they're not all there. So many instances during my commute to work. For example, this one Blue Line employee was driving in two lanes for most of Elgin St. They also have terrible service whenever I am forced to use their taxis. No wonder people prefer UBER.

I have used this cab service on multiple occasions and they are always on time and the drivers are very courteous.
