I usually Uber but there were times when I called taxis (when it was super early/late or when I maxed out my credit card). The drivers arrived very soon each time (within ten minutes ) and were always polite. Today I was trying to catch my bus, I had only required for a taxi half an hour before my bus left. The lady who picked up my phone was really nice and clarified the address for me. I thought I was gonna miss my bus anyways but the driver arrived in 7 minutes. It was 6am and he was really polite, he might have caught a cold and he apologized every time when he coughed. I am beyond satisfied, excellent service, I will consider calling taxis more than Ubering.

Seemed fine at first taxi was late, driver was not the cleanest. And had an issue next day with not knowing who took my payment??? Not very reassuring canceled my credit card and got a new one for safe measures. Multiple texts the next couple of days for other peoples taxis. Do not recomend or just use cash!

Horrible service and driver was extremely rude! Came to pick us up and the driver was already in a horrible mood(might have been hungry). I asked the driver if it was a six passenger and he said yes. Opened the back door to check and then closed it while I was waiting for everyone else and he claimed I “slammed his door”. The door was not slammed and was closed how a car door should be closed. When explaining to the driver that the door wasn’t slammed, he got extremely upset and drove off at a dangerously fast speed. Ended up taking an Uber home and should’ve just got an Uber in the first place.

Busy signal. Wouldn't pick up and left me stranded. Use uber or lyft instead.

Rolled down the window because it smelled like cigarette and driver rolled it back up. When I asked why he said because it was cold. No tip and he complained. Hmm guess back to ameys again.
