I never use this taxi services.person who answers the phone got angry because He could not hear me!He gave me attitude.I am new here and I believe they must be more patient and even more helpful.He behaved unrespectful.

They are not only worst taxi but cheat you if you are not careful. always confirm if you pay with credit card if transactions went through  or pay with cash.

Thanks to the Rapid Taxi team for your quick response!  My car wouldn't start in the morning and I had to get to an appointment that  was 30 minutes away.  Not only did you get me there safely but I made it to my appointment and had 5 minutes to spare.   Great job!

Very unhappy I got into a cab in Ajax I'm from Scarborough told the driver (who was on the phone) where I was going he said is that a shopping center or residents I said shopping he drive me to a place I had no clue where I was told me that's where I was going i said no it's not he then got mad at me when I tried to get out he started to drive telling me it was Whitby and it was my fault gir not telking him Whitby I gave him the address he never asked if it was Whitby or Ajax and I didn't know there was 2 places he yelled at me I'm not a god dame gps he then drove me and my 4 year old child down the road and started yelling at me when I told him I was on with his supervisor and asked to  if he was or wasn't on the phone when I got in he kicked me and my child out of his cab in the middle of no where and we had to walk 20 mins to the closest bus stop will never use this company again

I took a cab with this company Dec 26/16. The driver did not have a clue where he was taking me. Although he was pleasant enough The cab was in awful shape - smelt awful, engine light was on, wheels sounded and felt like they were about to fall off on the 407, and the brakes were squealing like crazy! I called them the next morning and some lady dispatcher seemed so disinterested with my complaint that it was comical. I would recommend you not even entertain getting into a vehicle owned by this company if you value your life at all.
