I have rented from a property managed by Ashford, and when we were ready to buy a house, Lori Weissmiller was AMAZING! 
Renting was great. We never had a problem, and the few small maintenance requests we made were handled promptly and professionally. I actually really appreciate the thoroughness of their move-in and move-out process, and if we need property management in the future, I will absolutely call them. 
When we were ready to buy a house, Lori was so helpful. She arranged so many showings in an organized manner and got a perfect sense of what we wanted before we even really knew! She was SO communicative, and I even got responses around the holidays. I felt like a priority, which was so nice during a daunting task like buying my first home. She also gives great advice. I can’t stress how important she was to our family during this process. We just closed today, and I'm sad to not be workig with Lori anymore, but so excited to move into our perfect home!

We are a major contactor and do multiple cleaning services and repairs in Colorado.. We hold accounts with some great vendors but we have to say outloud that Ashford reality is one of the best companies we have ever worked for. The true care they show for their properties and especially the tenants is unmatchable. They are a very high quality company and demand the best. This is so rare these days. They do not cut back or cut corners. Tod and the Ashford team are nothing short of extraordinary. It have been a great honor to do services for this company. We can honestly say that Ashford sets the highest bar for others to follow on how its done. This company deserves a 10 star rating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They were the best I could ever ask for. Ashford rented my house out for me for 5 years, and when I asked them to finally sell my house, they did it super fast and got me top value for my home. I am sad my business with them is over, but glad I had them on my side the whole way.

Erica is AWESOME ! Always knows just what to do & makes sure its done quickly & efficiently.After dealing with her I'd definitely recommend Ashford to anyone.
