We had Blue Sky service our furnace for the winter, and it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had. As new homeowners with a furnace reaching the end of its lifespan, we wanted to make sure we had a clear sense of how it's performing and the kind of care required of us to get the most out of it. The service tech, Omar, thoroughly explained what he was doing and why, what we could do to keep our system in good working order, and what steps we should consider for replacing the system down the line. Having known next to nothing about furnaces before the appointment, I now feel knowledgeable and empowered about this incredibly important appliance in our home! Customer for life, no doubt.

A good experience with Blue Sky.  They remedied an issue we we having, were pleasant when we didn't understand and listened to our concerns.  They sent two fantastic guys (Patrick and Dalton) to do the job.  Patrick went to great lengths to show me what he was doing and what we could expect.  Daryl also came to install an expansion tank - he was similarly wonderful.

It takes forever to get hot water to our upstairs.  Troy, from Blue 
Sky Plumbing and Heating, just installed a re-circulation system.  Too early to tell how we'll like the system but I will say that Troy was timely, courteous and very helpful in explaining how to operate the system.  He also completely cleaned the area when he was finished.  I was very happy with the work Troy performed.

Blue Sky Plumbing and Heating just finished replacing an old heater and air conditioner. While their estimate was the highest of the four I got, I feel that their knowledge of the products, their long service history in the Denver area, and their professionalism were well worth the extra. The tradesmen were extremely courteous and hard working. They thoughtfully worked out the space issues and explained the new system features, assuring me that they are available to help at any time there might be a problem. I would call them again and would highly recommend them if asked.

Matthew went above and beyond my expectations.  It was my first furnace inspection since moving into the house.  It's good to know it's in good running order.  He helped me try to troubleshoot issues with a cold room in the house.  His advice was very helpful!
